Day 2 - Tuesday, December 5th, 2023 - Miami

During an interesting guided tour through the picturesque and relaxing exotic world of the Everglades, you will be able to learn about and learn about the traditions of the Miccosukee, a Native American tribe of this area.

Visit this unique natural wonder of "The Endless River of Grass", the Florida Everglades. Everglades National Park is made up of 1.2 million acres of grassland. You'll enjoy an exhilarating ride aboard a flat-powered airboat gliding over the shallow surface of the water. Within this preserved wilderness, you will see stunning panoramic views, lush vegetation, and feel the beautiful tranquility of nature. You will be surrounded by a paradise of birds, fish, turtles, alligators and other wildlife. After your airboat experience, you will have the pleasure of attending a wildlife show filled with native animals and interesting details about this exotic world. Delight in the chance to hold a real baby alligator. After the show, walk around and take advantage of the great educational exhibits.

You will visit their village, partake in their lifestyle, visit the tribal museum and Missosukke tribal headquarters..

Everglades Tour & Miccosukkee Indian Village Visit

Our original Little Havana Food & Cultural Walking Tour explores the rich history and culinary delights of a vibrant neighborhood. Little Havana was recently listed as an official “national treasure” of the United States by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The neighborhood is well-known for its many historical, political, culinary, and artistic contributions to our Miami culture. Nestled in the heart of the city’s downtown area and only a short drive from Miami’s famed South Beach, the neighborhood is full of interesting cultural landmarks and delicious cuisine.

Highlights:
- Enjoy delicious food & eat the local way at family-run eateries including a stop at a traditional bakery, a hidden ventanita and an open-air market.
-  Explore an authentic cigar factory and learn the art of cigar rolling.
- Enjoy plenty of food tastings that equal a full lunch and the best mojito in town! 
- See the work of artists that inspire our community including a visit to the Damas De Blanco mural.
- Visit Domino Park located next to the Little Havana Cultural Center, The Cuban Memorial Blvd, The Tower Theater, and learn the history behind them.
